Velcro Backing Plates
Change Pads Quicker
This 7.5” standard backing plate works with normal 8” foam, soft wool and cutting wool pads and connects to a buffer with a 5/8” bolt. Velcro makes changing pads a snap. We also carry smaller 3” and 5” backing plates. The 3” and 5” backing plates also have a 5/8” connector. The 3” backing plate can also be connected to a regular drill with the use of an adapter.
