- Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of your order online. The order will ship via UPS Ground unless another shipping method is chosen. Shipping is charged at the time of purchase and is dependent on the product weight and box size. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. You can also track the order by logging into your account or clicking "Orders and Returns" at the bottom of any page. Orders are usually received within 7 days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays and currently we do not ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes (UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes).

Returns & Replacements- 100% satisfaction guaranteed! We want you to be completely happy with our product and your experience with us. If you would like to return a product we offer a 30 day full refund or exchange. Please call us at (714) 666-8683 prior to returning a product. With your return, please provide a copy of your Order ID or your name, email and shipping address used for the order on a separate sheet of paper. If the issue is a defective product or a mistake on our end, shipping charges will also be refunded. If you have any questions please call or email us and we will be glad to work with you.
Ordering- To order, select the quantity and or size of the desired product and then click "Add to Cart". Continue shopping and when you are finished click on "My Cart" at the top right. Adjust the quantities and products if you need and then click "Proceed to Checkout" where you can complete and submit your order. If you have submitted your order and realize changes need to be made, please call us at (714) 666-8683 or email us as soon as possible.

Viewing Orders- To view orders with an account click on "My Account" on the top right of the page and log in. After logging in, click "My Orders" on the left navigation bar. If you do not have a free account, click on "Orders and Returns" at the bottom of the page and input your Order ID (found in your confirmation email), Billing Last Name and Email or Zip Code.
Updating Account Information- To update your account information please click on "My Account" at the top right of the page and then log into your account. Here you will be able to view and edit all your account information. If you do not have an account, click on "Create An Account" and follow the steps. Having an account will allow you to update account information, speed up the checkout process for future orders, see your current and past orders, easily reorder products and save your favorite products.
